Biography
From 1991 to 2008, Nikolai Ivanovich led companies, including (CEO) agricultural holdings with annual turnover of ~ 300 million dollars and the number of employees 5-7 thousand people.Since 2009, he
has been a strategic consultant to the top officials of large companies in the following
areas:strategic marketing
; corporate governance;
executive coaching and mediation of corporate conflicts.
Nikolai Ivanovich is a member of the Public and Expert Councils of the Federal Agency for Ethnic Affairs (FADN). He is also a member of the Scientific Expert Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences on management problems. He is engaged in teaching activities. He lectures on corporate governance and conflict resolution at the RANEPA.
