Mediation Commission
The Mediation Commission was established within the framework of the Committee for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of the Union of Small Business Associations to facilitate the out‑of-court settlement of disputes and conflicts involving representatives of the business community. Its activities are aimed at reducing conflict in the business environment and creating effective dispute
resolution mechanisms
without going to court.The objectives of the Commission are to facilitate the pre-trial settlement of
commercial disputes and conflicts between entrepreneurs; to preserve business relations between
the parties to the conflict through constructive dialogue; to ensure access to
professional mediation support for entrepreneurs; and to promote mediation as an effective dispute resolution tool in
the business sector.The main
