The MSP Union is actively developing the field of convention and exhibition activities, offering the Union members effective tools for promotion on industry platforms and expansion of business contacts. The Union helps participants maximize the potential of exhibitions and forums, from choosing the right event to fully supporting their participation.
Participation formats
The IUCN offers two main participation formats, each with its own advantages:
The collective exposition is a joint exhibition area of the Union's members. This format:
enhances the visual presence at the exhibition through large-scale and thoughtful design;
increases the visibility of the stand and forms a "point of attraction" for the target audience;
allows you to combine the marketing efforts of participants to attract more visitors;
creates an effect of credibility: the presence of several specialized companies at one stand arouses increased interest among visitors.
Individual exhibition is a personal stand of a member of the Union. When organized through the Union "MSP":
a special discount is provided by the organizers of the exhibition;
professional support is provided at all stages;
complete freedom in choice is preserved the concept and design of the stand reflecting the corporate identity of the company.
The Union provides full organizational support:
Development of the stand concept and design: creation of a unique visual solution that will emphasize the company's positioning and attract the target audience. We take into account the corporate style, the tasks of participation and the features of the exhibition space.
Interaction with the organizer of the exhibition: resolving all administrative issues, agreeing on the terms of participation, obtaining the necessary permits and documentation.
Construction and logistics:
selection of contractors for installation and design of the stand;
organization of delivery and placement of exhibition materials and equipment;
quality control and deadlines.
Administrative support: registration of passes, coordination of staff work at the site, resolution of operational issues during the exhibition.
Consulting support:
assistance in shaping the exhibition program;
recommendations for the presentation of products and services;
consultations on effective interaction with visitors and partners.
