Evgeny Mikhailovich Bortsov graduated from Lipetsk Pedagogical Institute, Faculty of Foreign Languages.

Evgeny Mikhailovich is a member of the Investment Committee for the Lipetsk region, a representative of the Center for Intellectual Consulting LLC in the Lipetsk region.

Key competencies:

- development of investment projects in the agro-industrial complex in cooperation with the Lipetsk Region Agriculture Department, the Department of External Relations and Investments of the Lipetsk Region Administration;

- development of programs in cooperation with the heads of district administrations to open new production facilities in the free local economic zones of the Lipetsk region;

- cooperation with Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Tula, Voronezh, Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaliningrad. Yaroslavl, Tambov and other regions, Krasnodar Territory, with local Unions of entrepreneurs on the development of business plans and preparation of investment projects;

- establishing contacts with the EU, Africa, the Arab World and Latin America on export and import of products, technologies, equipment.
