Development of cooperation between the IUBI and Russia - Central Asia+
Artem Alexandrovich Belov, Head of the Fuel cluster of the International Union of Builders and Industrialists, headed the Oil and Gas Products Sales Division of the Russia-Central Asia+ Association.
The Division’s main objective will be to develop sustainable trade and economic ties between Russian enterprises and companies from Central Asian countries in the supply of oil and gas products.
As part of the Division’s work, it is planned to:
— engage manufacturers, suppliers, traders, and industrial consumers;
— collect and professionally process requests for the supply of oil and gas products;
— identify resources and establish direct interaction with manufacturing plants;
— build logistics, contractual, and payment schemes;
— support negotiations and transactions from the initial request to the actual shipment;
— develop export supplies to Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and other countries in the region.
Particular attention will be paid to the supply of liquefied petroleum gases, petroleum products, and feedstock for oil refining.

We have a good understanding of the specifics of these markets, established business ties with enterprises and consumers in the region, and are able to organise supplies taking into account the real economy, logistics, and the interests of all parties involved in a transaction. Central Asia is our strong point and an absolute priority. Our goal is not simply to pass on contacts or requests, but to create a fully functional system: from identifying needs and resources to concluding a contract and executing the supply.”
We invite Russian and foreign enterprises, manufacturers, suppliers, logistics companies, traders, and buyers of oil and gas products to cooperate.
