International Union of Builders and Industrialists (IUPAC)It is an inter—industry association of enterprises, entrepreneurs and individuals created for the systematic protection of business interests, the development of cooperation and the formation of favorable conditions
for
the growth of companies.The Union strives to create conditions under which any need of an entrepreneur can be covered by the internal
competencies of the Union.The cluster
structure of the IUCN is based on the cluster principle, which ensures the concentration of industry expertise and the ability to coordinate cross-industry cooperation. The following clusters operate within the
Union:A construction cluster. It includes general contractors and contracting organizations, manufacturers of building materials and equipment, design and engineering companies. Ensures the interaction of participants at all stages of the construction cycle-from design to commissioning
of facilities.Commercial and industrial cluster. It unites manufacturing enterprises, distributors, retail chains and suppliers. It is aimed at developing cooperative ties, optimizing supplies and promoting products
.An IT cluster. It unites software developers, system integrators, and companies specializing in digital transformation and information security. Ensures the implementation of technological solutions in industry processes
.Fuel cluster. It covers enterprises engaged in the extraction, processing and distribution of fuel and energy resources
.Logistics cluster. It includes transportation, warehousing, forwarding, and customs brokerage companies. It ensures the optimization of cargo flows, the formation of multimodal routes and the organization of
transportation.Agro-industrial cluster. It unites agricultural producers, processors, suppliers of machinery and agricultural technologies. Implements measures to improve operational efficiency and develop export
destinations.Investment and financial cluster. It consolidates banks, leasing and factoring companies, investment funds, and insurance organizations. Provides participants with access to financial instruments and accompanies the structuring of
transactions.A cluster of business services. It includes accounting, legal, human resources, consulting companies, training and certification centers, and information security services. Provides services necessary for the operational activities
of enterprises.A socio‑cultural cluster. Implements educational, educational and social projects, as well as activities aimed at strengthening the business reputation of the members
of the Union.The Union's
work is divided into two main areas: public activities and business activities.Public activity is carried
out through specialized
committees and commissions. Their tasks include:consideration of industry
issues; preparation of proposals
for improving the regulatory framework; organization of expert
discussions and professional events.Not only members and partners
of the Union, but also other interested persons, such as experts, representatives of the scientific community, and industry analysts, are allowed to participate in the work of committees and commissions
.Business activities
are implemented through the MSME Competence Centers, which provide practical support to
participants:The center of cooperation. It helps participants to find partners and orders both inside and outside the Union. Assists in the formation of cooperative
chains.Investment and financial center. It provides access to various sources of financing: lending, leasing, factoring, government support programs, private and institutional investments, and also accompanies access to public capital markets. Accompanies the preparation of documents and the structuring of transactions.The Asset
Management Center. Performs evaluation, pre‑sale preparation and support of transactions with businesses and business assets
.The GR center. Provides interaction with government agencies, support of procedures for obtaining permits, protection of the interests of participants during inspections and disputes
.Analytical center. Conducts market research, competitive environment, industry and macroeconomic trends, analysis of foreign economic activity, scenario modeling and
risk assessment.The law center. Provides legal support on corporate, property, tax, labor and other issues, accompanies transactions and dispute resolution.The IUCN provides
participants with structured support tools and channels of interaction that allow them to solve current tasks and plan for the development of their activities.
